1. iPod 3g has a Broadcom BCM329 chip that can support n where as the chip in the 3GS do not!
2. This chip also supports F transmission. All they need is fix an antenna and the required software.
3. In the top of the 3g device, there’s some space left. Though this is not sufficient for the camera Apple is using in the iPhone, a similar camera that is being used in the 5th generation nano can be fitted here.
