We’ve made a number of significant upgrades to the Windows 7 Forum, which is a great place to discuss Windows 7 and to get Windows 7 help from nearly 4,000 users. Thanks to an upgrade to the SMF 2.0, the forum is 100% faster to use. We decided to stay with SMF as there was no way we could convert our url structure to other forum packages such as phpBB.

Thanks to the upgrade, the Windows 7 Forum now has a great new look:

There’s also a new chat room where you can talk in real-time to other Windows 7 Forum users, as well as new Windows 8 sections with the latest Windows 8 news.
